Human resource Department

An HR department can help provide organizational structure and the ability to meet business needs by  effectively managing the employee lifecycle. 

The hospital has a principal human resource and a human resource officers who take on responsibilities such as 

• Talent Management
• Compensation and Employee Benefits
• Training and Development
• Compliance 
• Workplace Safety

The above functions are performed by the HRO and works together with the Registry sub division under it.

Central Registry

A sub section under registry, that is concern with receiving files, and organizing human resource components together for staff appraisals  and many more duties that are assigned to them by the Human resource officer.
